Acceptance of Terms
— Welcome to Mind Over App. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Mind Over App. You must accept these Terms during sign-up to create an account.
What Mind Over App Is
— Mind Over App is a personal audio tool that lets you record or upload affirmations, blend them with music from connected services, save sessions, and track your listening. The app is designed for personal motivation and mindset practice. It is not a medical, therapeutic, or mental health treatment, and it does not provide medical advice.
Eligibility and Age
— You must be at least 13 years old to use Mind Over App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with the permission and involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
Your Account
— You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You agree to provide accurate information, verify your email when asked, and not share your account or impersonate others. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
Your Content and Recordings
— You keep ownership of the affirmations and audio you create or upload. You are responsible for the content you record or upload and confirm you have the right to use it. By using the app, you grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and play back your content so we can provide the app’s features. We do not claim ownership of your recordings.
Acceptable Use
— You agree to use Mind Over App lawfully and for your own personal use. You may not upload audio you do not have the rights to, infringe the rights of others, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the app, copy or resell the service, or misuse it in any way. You may not use the app to create harmful, unlawful, or abusive content.
Music Service Integrations
— Mind Over App lets you connect a Spotify Premium or Apple Music account to blend your affirmations with music. Playback of music depends on your own active, eligible account with that service, and your use of it is subject to that service’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party music services, their availability, or changes to their access. Music blending is for your personal use only. Saved sessions store your mix settings, not the music files, and the app does not let you download, copy, or export music from these services.
Subscriptions, Free Trial, and Payments
— Mind Over App offers a 7-day free trial with full feature access, followed by optional paid subscriptions. Subscriptions are offered as monthly or annual plans and are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions renew automatically, and your account is charged through the app store. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings, and app store purchase and refund policies apply in addition to these Terms.
Not Medical or Health Advice
— Mind Over App supports personal motivation and mindset practice. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or mental health care. The app does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health issue, please consult a qualified professional. You use the app and rely on its content at your own discretion.
Intellectual Property
— The Mind Over App application, including its design, features, original text, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse it without permission. This does not affect your ownership of the affirmations and audio you create.
Third-Party Services
— Mind Over App relies on third-party services, including cloud storage, music services, single sign-on providers, analytics, and app store billing. Your use of features powered by these services may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
Disclaimer of Warranties
— Mind Over App is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the app, its features, or the results you may experience, and we disclaim all implied warranties.
Limitation of Liability
— To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mind Over App and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, your content, or your reliance on the app for any purpose.
Indemnification
— You agree to hold Mind Over App and its operators harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising from your content, your use of the app, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.
- Termination — You may stop using Mind Over App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the app and its users. Provisions on content ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability continue after termination.
Changes to These Terms
— We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email, and continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
